Damaged and attempted theft from suitcase

My colleague Yvonne M?ller returned from Cape Town on the Th May on Mango Airline when she retrieved her suitcase from the belt (which she had borrowed from me) she noticed it was all ripped, the wheel had been forcibly removed, both the padlocks torn off , at first she didn't't think it was her bag but then realised it was indeed her luggage, she went to the Mango Lost Luggage and was given a number to phone to report the incident but their was no response, we presume that they only work Monday to Friday. The assistant informed her that they have no insurance for this type of thing and that there is nothing they can do. I find this unacceptable, the case was obviously broken into to search for things to ***** and its not the first incident at O R Tambo Airport nor I doubt the last. I feel that there should be an investigation into the baggage handlers at the Airport as she was working on a tour on International Tourists of 700 Malay visitors to South Africa as the official photographer, thank goodness all her cameras and equipment was taken on as hand luggage so nothing ******. I would like Mango to replace the suitcase.
