Damage luggage

Good evening

Please kindly take note that i have used mango airlines to fligh from JHB too WCT and i bubbled wrapped my bags and everything was fine i checked in wednesday 21:30pm to fligh Thursday 20:55pm the flight was delayed my suit case was damaged and bubble wrap was torn and my bag come out broken i went to luggage area in WCT and it was closed i went to infomation desk it was closed ,i will come back tmorrow to fnd out if i can get a new bag of a refund because it was not scartched and broken when i checked it in .

I would like a respond before 10am tomorrow .

This is unacceptable ????.
