good day i wash travel on one of your fliegts to durban 06/09/2019 wane i get of at durban i went and get my bag and i only saw wane i come at my vriend place my bag wiel wash broke of and out of my bag so i just wane know what mass i do know i pay alot money for a bag and i just it onecs now i can not jous it ane more can you please help me
