Customer service excellence

I am humbled and truly appreciative of the level of support and customer service received from the Durban team this afternoon, words can't express my appreciation and gratitude for the go beyond service. I thank team at baggage services to all you lovely friendly members...I'd like to name you...all from team leader to the most helpful of the all...but I'll give the whole team as it truly deserves it.. Thank you for the excellent customer service and willingness to help attitude...I can say I'm safe and warm in my place ...all thanks to you... Big up ladies please continue to shine as you did today...
