******** behavior

I flew from Cape Town international Airport to Lanseria international Airport (flight JE702) on 1 November 2017. Upon arrival at Lanseria international I noticed that my check in bag was not properly closed, I assumed that there was a search for ******* contraband and thaught nothing of it. When I arrived home and unpacked my bag I realized that my mens fragrance, a few packs of cigarettes, a pair of underwear and a few pairs of socks were missing. The cap of my mens fragrance was however still in the bag. I contacted Mango baggage department and brought it to their attention and they instructed me to open a police case which I did. I found mango staff to be very rude and unhelpful and gave little feedback on the situation. I delt with Letitia, Noliswe, Porsche, Nokwazi, Willie, Peter and Dora. They kept demanding personal information and documents irrelevant to the current situation and said that they had requested cctv footage from the airports and found no foul play although they have refused to allow me to view this footage as a complainant. Mangoes behaviour in this incident clearly indicates that they are not really interested in their customers and may as well be the offenders. I will not advise anyone to fly with mango ever as if this is how they behave and with striking pilots recently aswell. Who wants to fly with a disgruntled pilot? Surely these are grounds for the FAA to ground the airline? Disgruntled pilots are a danger to their passengers I would say, and with ground staff behaving rudely towards customers as if they are the *********. Mango.... I would rather fly with a rotten banana.!
