Crew late for the flight ridiculous.

Standing in line waiting to board flight JE525 6:10 to Port Elizabeth , informed by staff that we are waiting for flight crew. Ridiculous I got up before 4 o clock to be on time for my flight. No further communication from nobody. Flight delayed for more than half an hour due to crew arriving late. No proper information we expect them this or that time, have a seat we will call you when they arrive we where left standing in the queue for more than 45 minutes. Once we started going through to board no apologies. On airplane the pilot says its an office delay no flight plans available on time. Last time I'm flying with Mango.
