Couldn't be happier!

couldn't be happier with the service received from Mango! My Fiancé had a flight booked with them, we then found out that we were in contact with a Covid-19 positive patient and had to self isolate. We immediately contacted them and without any hesitation they gave us a voucher. They even gave us a personal phone call to wish us good luck. One of their competitors on the other hand, refused and forced me to pay a cancellation fee as well as move my ticket to a random other date. Mango, thank you. I will for sure rather support you in the future!
