Completely disorganized

Flight from KSIA to CT over an hour late as cabin crew didnt bother to arrive for work

Everyone sits squashed in top of one another for hours on end but when time to disembark it has to be delayed as its now done row by row Best part is when we off the plane there a huge traffic jam with people jostling for cases, prams etc What a pathetic ludicrous setup
