Changes to flights bookings due to CORONAVIRUS at an additional fee

I'm so ****ed to the core. on the website it was indicated that we will be allowed to change our flights bookings for free up until 30 April 2020, however this is not the case. It's my first time using this airline and I will never ever use it again in my life.

Poor customer service, call centre is *******, i have been holding for more than 30 minutes only to get a cold response from the agent.
