Change Flight time with no regard

Good day,<br> <br> I booked a flight to CPT from JHB on 22 Jul 2015. <br> I booked for flight MTHNJT. <br> The flight was scheduled to depart at 14:30 (25 Oct 20155) and return 06:30 (1 Nov 2015).<br> Now you changed the times to 13:45 and return 08:55.<br> <br> I have booked my flight on that time for a specific reason. I have made prior appointments and made arrangements for that time.<br> <br> Now I have to make new arrangements because Mango changed their mind.<br> If I make a mistake on a flight booking I need to pay a alteration fee.<br> According to me it goes both way. For the inconvenience caused by Mango I would expect them ta pay me a alteration fee or change the times back to the way they where.<br> I am tired of big companies taking advantage of us.<br> <br> I have become a frequent flyer in the last year and will not use Mango again if they do not reimburse me for the inconvenience.<br> In the work I do I also send at least 2-3 employees a week on flights throughout SA.<br> They will also stop using mango.<br> <br> For me the worst part is that in the email mango sent me they do not even say sorry for the inconvenience caused.<br> They just say date changed and I have to accept they don't care about their customers. <br> <br>
