Can't get through to Refunds line

Problems receiving refund from Mango, refund approved but not paid to me. First call to Mango the call took 25 mins to be answered, told me it was my Bank's fault. Confirmed with Bank that this is not the case. Have been trying to get back through to Mango's refund line, after 50 mins of "Thank you for your patience, your call will be attended to shortly" the line cut me off
