Cannot change flights that are booked for April and no reply from Mango

I have to postpone flight that were booked for April but there is no answer in their call centre and no replies to email. Their website mentions they will issue vouchers yet there is no way to get this voucher issued on the website and no one to interact with in getting this done. So disappointed in their pathetic and complete lack of customer service!
