Cancellef flights

My partner and I flew from OR tambo to PE on 29 Aug 2019. When we checked in on 29 Aug they told me that my partner's flight has been cancelled after they sent a conformation sms on 17 and 18 Aug. We put in a cancellation request in June 2019 and then subsequently cancelled the cancellation request, which was not done. They said my refund was submitted on 25 Aug. This is ridiculous! It tales mango from june to aug to do a cancellation that we cancelled. The staff at guest services was very unfriendly and unhelpful. We had to buy my partner new flights at British airways. To top it all, mango checked in her bag and as my partner was about to board her flight, mango called her to collect her bag. She had to fetch it and check it in, almost missing her new flight. I will never use mango again.
