Cancelled Tickets

Mango because I went on the to the check-in counter decided to cancel our tickets because they thought the bags we had are for check-in and not carry on luggage.

We got to the boarding gate on time with carry on luggage just to be told that our tickets were given away. And now are made to pay extra money for a flight we didn't even miss.
