Cancelled Flights and No refund or alternative flight!

Mango sent me an SMS on Friday, 02 October 2020, that my flight for 05 October has been cancelled. I booked this flight on 12 August. After that they do not offer me an alternative flight and they keep quite! No one is answering the lines at the call center. I do not know if I will make my trip! Everything is messed up. I am absolutely disgusted by Mango right now. And as a cherry on top of a fantastic cake, their website is down and it does not seem to find my booking. I keep getting the "passenger does not exist" error message. What a shame.
