cancellation fee

good Day Mango <br> <br> i am quite surprised and upset that the fact that i booked for a airline ticket reference number (mxsxkh) for the 19/08/2015 coming back from Durban to Johannesburg at 12:45 and due to unforeseen circumstances i could not make the flight back due to my grand father death that he passed away and it is not in my control of that,<br> i called now and i spoke to Mashiya and she says that i will be charged of R370.00 pp on my ticket which is R740.00 in total, i have even sent the death certificate to show i am not lying. i paid for the ticket R1668.00 can i not be charged for cancellation as it is not my fault. death comes which i am not able to control it. My Id number is *** Halima Wahed. i am very upset for the fact that Mango can not understand it was not intentionally not taking the flight back to Johannesburg. if i get charged for this i promise i will not buy another ticket from mango to travel again it is incorrect unless i missed my flight or something, but this was not done intentionally. Kindly understand my position. i am going back to durban end of the month and i would like to book again with mango but if you cant help me now i will not book with you
