Cancellation and Refund do coronavirus cases in King Shaka Airport

I want to cancel my fly from Durban to JHB on 09/04/2020 do the corona-virus problem. My wife its under chemotherapy ( immune-system its low ) high risk in case corona-virus. Mango Airlines call center answer after two days cal after call from me manager answer ; we cant refund its my problem . they can't give me guarantee aircraft will be disinfected or passenger will be check and we can have safe fly they not care about passenger like they advertise . Only care about money!!!
