Canceled flight

I am ****ed off as to how Mango staff **** to my mum today. I purchased a ticket last night from KZN to JHB, departing @ 20:45 my mum gets there just to be told that the ticket was changed to an earlier time and I was notified of that but that is lies as no one called. She took an Uber @+/- R100 to the airport now need to pay and go back just to come at 06:00am plus the tickets for tomorrow is R499.

What bull**** is this and how can Mango be so *********** i request for a copy of call recording or sms that was sent to either myself or my mum.

Refund on the ticket difference as I paid a higher fee for ticket today and someone to explain wat the F**k happened.
