What a nightmare, the past weekend my mother and myself flew from P.E to JHB and return flight, Sunday morning at the airport in JHB we were refused to board our plane, the claim we committing *****, this was a huge ordeal to my mother, she cried in front of all the people staring at us in disbelief, Why, me on Mom has the same name and surname, obviously different ID numbers, this was not Mango problem, but the security at the airport that just refused, and the Mango staff could not do anything, the security had the upper hand in this, this is absolutely ridiculous, We were treated like *********, and then the race card was used obviously, said we called them names, seriously?? I will never ever forget this horrifying experience ever and will never ever fly again!!!!
