Broken luggage on a continuous basis and no response to complaints

<p>I've travelled with Mango Airlines on a regular for quite a while, but have continously noticed their lack of respect when handling people's luggage. I've had my suitcases broken twice, in the first instance I did not complain but in the second I was shocked at the state of my suitcase. It was baldy broken and I layed a complaint with Mango telephonically and I was given the reunaround and advised to send an email to their manager. I did this and sent pictures of the state of the suitcase after travel and to date have never received a response nor acknowledgement that something needs to be done about it. I'd advise anyone travelling with Mango to shy away as far as they can unless they absolutely have to travel with them.</p>
