Broken Luggage

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I wish to enquire who to liaise with in terms of my complaint i sent to Mango on the 13th July. I travel with Mango monthly from Lanseria to Cape Town and was on flight JE702 on the 12th July from Cape Town to Lanseria and realised that my suitcase was broken in three places with a massive hole on top. How is this possible when I do this trip monthly between Cape Town which has never happened. To date no one has bothered to come back to me and if this is the case i will let my company know to cancel all flights with you here forth. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise.</p>
