Booking of Flights

On the 3/03/2015 I booked a flight for my wife on Mango to fly from Cape Town to Lanseria on the 13/03/2015, I made the usual Edgars account payment via the internet and I received confirmation of the flight. On the 13/03/2015 when my wife arrived at the airport she was told there was no booking for her, she had to pay About R2400.00 for a later flight. On the 14/03/2015 we confirmed with Edgars that if there was such a transaction for the flight ticket of R923.40 they confirmed the payment was not done,. Now my problem is here I received confirmation of the ticket on the 3/03/2015, on the 20/03/2015 I received a email informing me of the unpaid booking for the 03/03/2015 17 days later. seven days after she was suppose to fly. <br> For the past two years we have been using Mango and made several payments via Edgars and never before has this happened. <br> From R930.00 to R2400.00.
