Booking 7 May 2017 for Arnold Classic SA

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>We booked a flight with Mango Airlines for Saturday, 7 May 2017 morning at 06:30 from Durban to JHB (OR Tambo). We had to be early in JHB to catch the Gautrain to Sandton for the Arnold Classic SA at the convention centre. Just to get a phone call the Friday, 05 May 2017 late afternoon to say that our flight has been cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no need to worry we have been booked to fly with SAA at 06:15 on 7 May 2017. Received confirmation via email regarding the change and all is in order. Get to the airport early morning, just to get to the front of the que after running around trying to sort out the change, just to hear that the SAA flight is full and we unfortunately have to wait for the next flight out, which will only be in 3 hours! This is absolutely unacceptable, due to the fact that we had to get in JHB early for the expo as we had to attend as ambassadors for one of the stands! We had to change flights to Lanseria and organise transport at our own cost!</p> <p>This is bad customer service and how can Mango airlines expect people to just be happy with this?
