Booked a ticket last Friday and there was a death in the family but Mango would charge more than my original ticket to change the date of flight

I flown from Lanseria to Durban a number of times with Mango with all of them delayed(please check my flight details for reference if you would like) this year but I got no compensation or sorry but now I would like to change the date of my flight by a week due to a death in the family they would rather charge me more than my original ticket price to change it in fact I rather just book a new ticket it would be cheaper. I would not fly or recommend Mango anymore. My business with this company is over!
