billing not consistent

My girlfriend and I bought 2 tickets to Bloemfontein flying from Cape Town. <br> Mango airlines charged different rates for the standard civil aviation tax as well as passenger security tax. When queried the matter simply gets ignored. <br> Chantal Mclean was appointed to handle the matter but does not have the decency to follow through or resolve the issue. The math is simple, if you overcharge by R30 on the amount of seats they make millions on making their own tax rules. <br> Unacceptable and should be resolved.
