BEWARE MANGO FLIGHTS

Yesterday at 13:10 I Had the misfortune of flying with Mango JE 253. Aircraft had an "aircon" fault and had to turn back to OR Thambo after going down the runway. Pilots didn't advise us what the fault\problem was until later. Passengers wwere taken back into airport and WAITED! Next flight was at 15:35. No effort was made by the ground staff to advise passengers as to where to sit, what arrangements were being made. I chatted to 2 ground staff - the one didn't even bother to answer me! This is shocking service from Mango and the airport. Oh yes, and for all the inconvenience caused by Mango they handed each passenger a little KitKat chocolate to compensate. Come Mango you need to better and remedy this type of customer service.
