Beef for Mango

I received 2 vouchers for cancelled flights because of Covid-19. The one had an expiry date of 20 Sept 2020 and the other April 2022. As soon as I received the voucher , I sent an email about the September expiry date but received no response. Tried to use the voucher on the 21st but the message came up that it was invalid! My point is : the one ticket had an expiry date for 2022 and the other for September. Level 1 was only announced a few days before! That is ****************!
