Bags Damaged and personal stuff ******

I travelled with Mango airlines on the 23 September 2015, when I arrived in Durban from JHB I found my bag vandalised. I complained immediately to the consultant based in Durban. When I got back to JHB I mailed them informing them and I have not received any feedback since. When calling I wait for someone to answer and to no avail. This is by far the worst airline in the country and if this is how they behave then I don't ever want to use their airline ever again!!!!
