Baggage theft - JE275

Hi.. Firstly my flight was delayed.. When I arrived at Durban, I grabbed my bags and rushed off as there were people waiting for me for 2hrs.. My bags were sealed, but when I got home I noticed both my bags have been broken and my belonging rifled through... This is disgusting..

My bag locking mechanism has been broken,as well as my zip, my lock on my duffle bag was broken off aswell...
