Baggage tampered with

The steel lock of my bag was broken right off the zips. Items were taken out of my separate toiletry and make-up bags & scattered loosely all over my bag. This is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. Our flight was 30 minutes delayed probably because they were going through passengers luggage before boarding the plane! I will think twice before flying Mango again, what a pity for an airline that has a good reputation up until now. I was also told by Mango after reporting the incident that they will fix my broken bag but I must take it back to Johannesburg when I am in Durban, not too sure how that is supposed to work??? Another disappointment after reporting the incident was that all Mango could say was they are sorry for the inconvenience.
