Baggage Mishandling - Mango Airlines

<p> Apparently, they are not responsible for your luggage and how it is treated if you do not take out baggage insurance! My bag come from the carousel with the wheel & casing completely torn off and Mango's reply in a nutschell was "get over it and move on"No insurance, no claim!. If I could afford the added extra's I would not be flying Mango (hallooo). That still does not give you the right to mishandle my luggage. I left with a perfectly good bag and came back with something I can throw in the trash :( </p> <p>So guess which airline is not seeing me again?</p>
