Baggage Damages

<p>We flew from Cape Town to Johannesburg, Mango flight JE174 departing CT at 19:30, arrival 21:10. </p> <p>Upon arrival at O R Tambo International Airport my husband and I discovered that our bags were damaged (Scratched and dented). We went straight to the Baggage Assistance Counter to report this however we were notified that they would not be able to assist us. This is very disappointing as we frequently travel with Mango Airlines and it's quite unacceptable that our baggage is handled so irresponsibly and without any care. If such is the response from staff and the airline, we might as well change the airline we travel with so that our belongings are treated with care.</p>
