Baggage damaged beyond repair

I was on a flight to Cape Town in December. I booked in a perfect condition luggage with Mango. Arriving in Cape Town, I received my bag with the wheels ripped out. How on earth???? Now they say they are not responsible. Utter nonsense!!!<br>
