Baggage Damage

<p>This is with great sadness that i have to write this. Mango does not reply on emails and facebook messages. So here we go. My son took n flight with his grandparents on 16 May 2016. When he returned home with his suitcase i relised exstensive damage to his little bag. (Bag was also wrapped at airport) This was unfortuned becuase not the first time for this to happen to us. This is unacceptable!!!</p>
