BAGGAGE COMPLETELY DAMAGED TWICE IN TWO DAYS!

My suit case was completely torn open and handles broken as well as wheels.

Brand new suit case bought 5 hours before the flight . arriving in Durban this bag the handles were broken as well as the wheels completely broken off aswell as the locks taken off and someone had a good time going through everything and taking stuff out!

I went through and opened a file which I was told is basically for fun no apology. Monday 30.07.18 Called the airports and no one even had the decency to apologise if you can not employ people that can do their jobs properly and have no respect for other peoples property DO NOT except me to be flying with you guys any more not to mention standing for 30mins for each flight because they were delayed and once again no one had the decency to atleast address the clients that pay his or her salary as to what is going on. NEVER AGAIN I WILL NEVER FLY WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN....
