Bad treatment of animals on board!!!!!

<p>My mom was on a MANGO flight from CT to JHB on 26 January 2017 with her dog.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before boarding she was looking at how they put the cages onto the plane and was horrified by what she saw. Her dog (in the cage) was thrown into the plane.</p> <p> </p> <p>When arriving in JHB when she collected her dog (in the cage) the cage handle was broken.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mango needs to train their staff in how to handle animals. This is absolutely disgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>You travel with your pet and believe that they will be treated well but seeing that they are loaded with the suitcases no one can see how the staff handles the poor animals.</p> <p> </p> <p>It might also be a cultural thing where animals have no rights in their eyes but Mango needs to address this with their staff to ensure this does not happen again!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be careful should you wish to travel with your beloved pet!</p>
