Bad service with mango airlines

<p>Hi we reached the check in gates at 9.23 this morning and were told that boarding is finalized at 9.20 my grandfather who is a pensioner now has to pay R550 for a standby flight i am still at the airport please could i get help to get my grandfather on a flight without charging him so much please </p>
