Bad Service Patricia Manzini MANGO

I have been flying Mango Airlines for 15 years, but today was the worst service I have received from your staff namely Patricia Manzini, who is a supervisor, and Innocentia Mukhari.I woke up early to catch a flight leaving for Durban at 6am, upon arriving at your check in counter, I was refused check in because my driver's licence has expired by a few days, I explained it to Innocentia Mukhari who was very rude and dismissive and refused to be compassionate. As a result, I had to buy a new ticket with Briitish Airways which cost me R 1400. I understand the rules around identification but to be treated in this manner is distasteful and your staff is extremely RUDE
