Bad service n rude staff

Had the worst service ever .flight was for 19:40 due to traffic i got 2da airport at 19:05 n was refused check in.5mins really how pathetic can you'll be.the staff was rude n unhelpful.probably gave my seat away hence the blatant refusal.****ing upsurd treatment.5mins *** will def be letting friends n family knw about this n not 2use urls airlines rather pay extra n use kulula or flysafair.i want a refund n urls staff sorted.contact me
