Bad service from Mango

I'm disgusted that a big company like Mango, have no customer empathy. They've refunded me part of my family tickets, but now I'm fighting to get the balance of my money. I'm dealing with so many people and no one is willing to help. I'll never fly with Mango again, nor will I recommend them.
