Bad service

So a bit more than a week ago I used the cheap flights app to book our flight to JhB with Edreams .

They send me the confirmation that our tickets were booked . We arrived at the airport the next day just to hear that our Mango flight has not been confirmed yet !

I tried it phoning them doing everything possible but to answer !

We ended up purchasing new tickets for Mango. I have been trying ever since to get a hold of them and still no respond !

I need to get the money back but yet it is as if they disappeared !

Please help
