Bad Service

In May of this year I purchased 2x return tickets from George to OR Thambo and back a week before the flight was to take place I received an sms to say that the airline was grounded another sms followed and I was informed that I would receive a voucher which never happened til this day they haven’t even bothered to contact me again now they are inbusiness rescue and no feedback I don’t care if it is a state owned Airline they still don’t have the right to keep my money for services not rendered
