Bad service

On 20 Sept we had a flight book from OR Tambo to George airport. As we booked our tickets we paid for choosing seats and the moment we got to check in they said sorry the seats is no longer available. Our original time of flight was at 12:30 and the flight changed to 13:30, gates did not open until 13:45. We only got to fly at 14:10. The staff in the aorcraft wasn't ready for the amount of passengers. All passangers did not get something to eat or drink within that 1h45min flight. On the 28th of Sept we had our flight back. Our flight time was 12:30 then we phoned Mango to hear if the flight is on time and they said yes. As we arrived at the airport the flight moved to 13:30 and 45 minutes lated we received messages saying the flight is now at 13:45. We will never make use of Mango again! They are the most expensive and then you get this type of service. NEVER USE MANGO. EVER!!
