Bad service

i booked a flight from port elizabeth to johannesburg for the8 jan 52016. flight number JE534. as i get to the airpot i get an sms that the flight will be delayed. this sms could have been sent earlier as it meant time wasted sitting around at the airport with nothing to do, not only ws this an inconvinience but it alsomeant i had to cancell a very important meeting as i was not going to make it in time. i had arranged my flight for the 8th specifiaclly for that meeting. it is very disapponting even when i flew to Port Elizabeth the flight was delayed. <br> <br> regards<br> <br> Disappointed customer
