Bad service

I booked flights on Saturday from George to JNB return. Unfortunately I ended up in hospital on Saturday night. My wife started trying to contact Mango on Sunday morning. Till now no answer. We phoned numerous numbers given to us by *********** staff who take more than a half an hour to answer the phone. I was eventually after numerous *********** operators gave me wrong numbers given a address to send all my info to. I have sent the docs twice now and still no answer,
