Bad service

<p>Booked a ticket with mango for my sister for monday 15th from durban to lanseria. Got to airport / mango check in @5-30am . We understand check in closed 10 min prior but due to inclimate wheather we were there 10min late . Flight was still boarding surely they could have helped if they wanted to but they did not
