<p>I booked a flight for a peron nd on our way to the airport we got stuck in traffic nd by the time we got to the airport is was 14h05 the check in was closed nd the person had to be in jozi the same day we were given a number to call nd hv airtime to call I then called the following day I was told that there is no refund nd we cnt even move the date I hv been using mango for years nd the amount involved is too much I requested if they cnt move the booking to another date this month nd I waa told that if u miss ur plane u forfeit everything the bookin ref is NSZJCk </p>
