Bad flying experience.

My first and last time flying with Mango!! Absolutely pathetic. I've been told by family and friends that Mango isn't the best but I tried it. Horrible! I will never again, the flight was supposed to leave at 19h30. We only left at 21h15 When we arrived at King Shaka our shuttle was no longer available. I was forced to take an Uber that time of the night alone as a female. The plane also had some funny loud sound and I just did not feel safe at all. It was really the worst experience. The couple next to me was so paranoid as it was their first time ever flying and such a bad experience. I fly with Kulula regularly and have never had such an experience.
