Bad experience with mango airlines

I experienced a very bad experience thru this people, i complained via email at 1st they were responding them decided just to ignore my mails. below is the email i sent to them

i forwarded my complaint on facebook beginning of october and was glad to be promised that my complaint will be forwarded to the relevant people till today i havent heard from anyone.

We booked for my birthday breakaway from johannesburg to King Shaka International. We departed on friday the 29th, me and my patner were told we cant sit together since there was no space cause people booked on line. we diddnt have a problem since we got the airport a bit late.

But to our suprise the same thing happened again on our way back n we had to sit on the same chair no that we sat on travelling to king shaka int.how possible is that,do they allocate chairs before people arrive at the airport or they just look at the faces n decide who sits where?

Our online check-in facility opens 24 hours prior flight departure time and passenger’s may also purchase certain seats when booking their flights. For these reasons, when guests’ arrive at the airports, the personnel may not be able to offer couples or even families seats together. We therefore always urge travellers to make use of the online check-in facility or on the day of travel check-in 2 hours before departure time. This will ensure couples and families are seated together. Thank you for flying Mango.

prior to that how was possible to sit on the same chair numbers going and coming back with so many chairs in thw flight?

Then they decided to ignore me , i sent another imail again.
