Bad Bad Bad Experience with the Airline yet again

It's with utmost disgust that I'had to put this out there. I got to the airport on Tuesday 02 June 2015 and I was told there was no booking for me ref MGHSXT. According to your personnel at King Shaka Airport the only ticket that was on your records was LSDHZD. I was running around the airport showing them my ID and Credit Cards and they could not pick me up.. with my feet being sore from running Comrades i just couldn't do the run around for much longer Eventually I ended up buying a ticket with Kulula for R900.00 cause I had to come back home... One of the ladies I spoke to her name is Witness Nkosi if you mentioned the Reference LSDHZD they will remember me even check your cameras how long I struggled with them... <br> At the time I didn't have this reference number (I saved on my work laptop which I couldn't access) they were (your staff) adamant that I was not on the system to fly with you ( Mango) to Joburg on Tuesday.. I'm ****ed off with your ridiculously poor service cause at first I struggled to rectify the very ticket (LSDHZD) they mentioned it was the only one on records..<br> With this kind of service you wont fly for long <br>
